To channel or not to channel. It’s not really a question, though.

I've decided I’m going to post more channeled type blogs as I seem to get my best information (and writing) while doing so. As mentioned, they are conversation between me and my guide(s). Since the age of 11, I was always having such chats in my thoughts, and at one point, back in 1997, we…

Out of body experiences or if they exist, why can’t we prove it?

Astral travel or out of body experiences… if they are real, then why can’t anyone prove it? This question has been frustrating me lately, so , today, I decided to put this question to my guide. This is a channelled conversation with the answers indented in italics. So, if Out of Body experiences are real,…

Otherkin: Myth or fact?

In this life’s journey, I’ve come across a lot of people who claim they are not fully human. They are classed as otherkin. That is: a creature that inhabits a human body. There are those who claim to be vampires, gargoyles, dragons, phoenixes and god knows what else. On the surface, it sounds preposterous and…

Bach Flower Remedies: Hornbeam or maybe I should put this off till tomorrow.

It’s another day. Another week. Yet another month. You wake up. Everything feels the same as it did the day before. Nothing has changed. How long does this go on? I’m sure most people can relate to this. Some call it Mondayitis. Others call it fatigue. I call it weariness. It’s when you’ve done the…

Our children: Possessions or resources?

Today is a minor rant on how I see too many parents treating their children. It is said the children are our greatest resources.  There’s certainly a lot of truth to that, and like many resources, children tend to get exploited by their parents or caretakers. I’ve not had my own flesh and blood baby…

Past lives: – Wrong information or a poet and I didn’t know it?

When people ask me for a past life reading, I hesitate because they should come to their own realizations in their own time, and if I tell them they were so and so, how will they know it wasn’t me who put the idea into their head, and not something they would have arrived at…

4 Types of Intuition

I really liked this blog entry. Lots of food for thought here and I thought it was well written.

zen-ful.net

I have always considered myself an intuitive person. My husband knows this… we’ve been together for 8 years and he accepts that when I make a prediction it often comes true. Lately, I have become more interested in developing my intuitive capabilities because I don’t think I use them to their full advantage. For instance, when I met someone a few years ago, I instantly had a premonition of things ending badly between us. At the time I chose to forego my intuitive warning system and decided I shouldn’t judge the person so harshly just because they are different from me. So I was really open and nice to this person and this turned out to be a bad mistake; things did end up badly.

I am not always correct in my assumptions either. Sometimes, for instance, I think that other people can feel what I feel because to me…

Past lives – Remembering them or more dramas than a soapie.

There are various methods of remembering such things, including meditation and past life regression. I believe that when you go about it in that manner, you not only risk awakening traumatic memories, but you may not remember them correctly. This may occur because what you remember may not be the full story, or even the…

Past lives – Soul families, friends and nemesis or you don’t need to have children to have children!

I seem to have this weird knack of recognizing if I’ve known someone in a past life or not. I can’t tell you the details, but I can tell you who they were. Not instantly, mind you. At first, it will be just a sense that I know this person somehow. An old feeling that…

Past lives – I want to know who I was or is that really a good idea?

“I used to believe in reincarnation, but that was in my last life. “ – Author Unknown. Past lives tend to be somewhat controversial. They are hard to prove and just as hard to disprove. Many faiths accept that they are real and really, if they weren’t, it wouldn’t make a lick of sense no…

Are books dead or is it all vanity press nowadays?

As mentioned previously, I’m a compulsive writer. By that, I mean, I love writing. I love sharing my thoughts. Like so many others, I’ve got a lot of personal experiences and ideas to get out there. Blogging is a wonderful way to do this, and I find this a much better venue than a message…
